Infrared Thermometers measure the surface temperatures of an object. The unit’s optical sensor emitters transmit light energy which is reflected, collected and focused onto a detector. The unit’s electronics translate the information into a temperature reading which is displayed on the unit’s screen. The laser makes aiming and measurement sampling even more precise.
Infrared Thermometers can be used to check the temperature of your parts to make sure they are being cured at the correct temperature. These can also be used to determine when your part has reached the cure temperature letting you know when to start your cure timer.
